Backed by ten acres of bird preserve Tammy and Hamid Fallahi’s strikingly grand mansion radiates lots of curb side appeal.  With foresight in purchasing the land eight years ago and a year in planning,  the Fallahis designed luxurious use of space for entertaining with meticulous attention to detail.  Built by Natelli the entire estate reflects natural rhythms and shapes through curved wall surfaces, windows and archways.  Of special note is the creative ironwork forming and accenting throughout balconies, pillars, and  doors.

The cozy library and hand painted dining room greet tour goers and channel you toward the living room with its  six foot Swarovski crystal chandelier and adjoining sculpted  circular staircases and windows.  With entertaining on a grand scale in mind,

Tammy out fitted her kitchen with commercial grade  freezers and refrigerators, WOLF ovens and cook top, and  butler’s pantry with additional appliances.  Aiden Kitchens completed her gourmet kitchen  combining four shades of cabinetry and  white marble island.  With a wall of windows in the adjoining family room, the  forested  vistas come inside.  Reminiscent of Hillwood’s collection, Tammy’s crystal collections are showcased along the  adjacent hallway.

Upstairs homework station is located outside of a sound proof workout gym made inviting by  filtering daylight from a circle of windows.  Not to be missed are the decorating talents of their teen daughter in choosing hot pink walls, black chandelier, and black and white brocade prints in her bedroom. Sports  collections are their son’s room theme.  The gracious expanse of the master suite contains his and her walk in closets, steam shower with unique  ceramic paisley mural, soothing glass tiles,  and complementing colors of dusty blue, beige and gold.

The downstairs gathering area invites a variety of entertainment from video room, spectacular granite bar with accompanying wine cellar, and  family sitting area sharing a gas fireplace with the British pub like pool room.  Oriental carpets, sparkling chandeliers, decorative ironwork, grand spaces and light, offer the tour goer a sense of visiting a European estate.
